Hi Team,

I am trying to deploy the finance instance but getting below error

Lifecycle Services is unable to communicate with this Azure Subscription, please confirm
the Azure Subscription has not expired before proceeding. If the issue persists, please
contact support with this Id: 36e3db8c-314d-4fcb-8d2f-c6731519b2e1

Checked the subscription status in Azure and it's active, still getting the above error message.

Thank you!

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Ballu,

Can you tell what type of Azure Subscription you have and did it work before? Did you add the Azure subscription to the LCS project correctly? See also: Add an Azure subscription to an LCS project | Microsoft Learn

We are using the Azure plan, and our subscription status is active, Also we have tried previously it worked fine.

Yeah, I have added the azure subscription to the LCS project correctly.

    Hello ballu,

If you followed all the steps indicated by André, can you please confirm that truly the Azure subscription has not expired.

If reverse is the case, I would suggest you give a while and retry. This is could some LCS glitches.  Please, do let us know how it goes.

    Hi Ballu,

Long time back, I also had a strange error, but can't recall the exact error message. At that time, I was at the maximum number of cores which I could use in my Azure subscription. Then I made a request to raise the number of cores which was done by Azure Support.

Maybe this is the same issue. You might be able to check this together with the Azure Support team.
