We had a few PO's that got stuck in the approval process when someone tried to change approvers mid-stream. After trying to figure out how to get the PO's out of limbo, we decided to deactivate and then re-activate workflow. that worked without a hitch, and we reconciled purchasing (and inventory) as directed. The we re-enabled workflow and checked to make sure that the workflow was enabled on SharePoint etc.
So now Dynamics shows the workflow as being enabled - but the "approval ribbon" on the PO's is not there. We have tried deactivating and reconciling and reactivating several times - but no go. Dynamics can connect to the workflow server - and we have been running this workflow for almost a year without any problems.
Any ideas?
