    Hi Alaa,

    You have a few choices:

--Use a tool such as scribe.  THis is a great tool for migrations and data integrations.

--Use the Microsoft CRM to GP connector

With the MS GP/CRM connector, make sure you have a detailed specification of what your organization needs as the out-of-the-box tool is designed to work a certain way and only integrate certain aspects of the system (especially in the Quote > Order > Invoice department).

initially, the flow was CRM Quotes to CRM Orders to GP Invoices, fulfill in GP and then GP Invoices back to CRM Invoices.

There was also limitations on Account vs Contacts and that only 1 could be integrated to GP as Customers.

From the sounds of what your organization needs from your details above, Scribe or a custom integration may be your best option.

    Thanks, Alex & Mike,

    just for the clarification purpose:

-The integration will be one way only - from CRM to GP

-The main purpose is to pass the data from the custom or original entities(with any event) into GP - Project Accounting module

-Calling eConnect and sending information to GP is not an issue for me. just wanted to understand where should I start from the CRM side? do I have to use the plug-ins or is there any other technique?

is that what u mean by custom integration?

    really appreciated
