By default, the time-off request will only update the working hours and not create any bookings on the board. So my question re your screenshot would be - do you create generic bookings associated to your time-off request? Or did you enable the entity for scheduling? In both cases you would need to carry over the time-off description to the booking and then format the booking cell to properly format the text.

    Hi, Ravi

You can follow the next steps to achieve your request.

    1. Open the Resource Scheduling app and go Settings > Administration > Enable Resource Scheduling for Entities.

    1. Add the ‘Time Off Request’ entity into Enable Entities.

    1. Double-click the Time Off Request (msdyn_timeoffrequest) to set it.

    1. Click the ‘Schedule Board Settings’ in the top to set the template of Time Off Request. You can add the words you’d like to show in this step.

    1. Create a real-time Workflow.

    1. When the status of a Time Off Request is inactive (it has been approved), create a booking record.

    1. Set the color of the Status you just set as the Default Booking Committed Status.

    1. Then a new booking will be created after a Time Off Request has been approved. And the template added will be shown as which is set in step 4.

    Best Regards,

The thing I want is when we do time off request, a grey line appears there, I want to just write on that grey line That this is time off. Don't want to create any booking for that.

That is not possible (at least not without coding). You can only visualize working hours, non-working hours or bookings.

When a technician creates a Time Off Request (for example, Sick Leave, Training, Vacation), I want the reason for that time off to be visible directly on the Schedule Board, on the blocked time slot that appears. How can i achieve this?
