Relative Date pulling wrong dates

Hello,
 
I'm trying to create a segment of users whose contracts started 3 days ago from today.
 
Where I am, it's 3 Apr today, so 3 days ago should be users whose contracts started on 31 Mar. 
 
But when I check my segment, I see that these users have contracts that started on 1 Apr instead. 
 
Does anyone know why this is happening? Or if there's any fix?

    Hi,
     
    The time zone adjustment for the Start Date field is user local.
     
    Therefore, please check that the time zone of the application and the time zone where your computer displays the time are the same.

    Thanks for offering to take a look. 

    Here's the segment I created.
     
    Contract start date is set to '3 days ago', so as of today 4 Apr, that should be pulling in users with contract start dates from 1 Apr.
     
    But when I check the sample of included members, I see that ONBGoodFlow New Cust Later Date 26 MAR's contract start date is 2 Apr instead.
