In my account the Modifier and Modify Current Window features are unavailable.
I added a role to make the Modifier available.
But it did not help.
Maybe I should install Modifier?
If yes, could you provide instruction?
You need to enter your registration information. Talk to your reseller about this.

What I should fill in in the Site Name field?
Also, I didn't use the Registration Keys. Where I can take it to fill in in this window?
You will need to log into CustomerSource and check your registration keys. If you see Customization Suite then clicking the Modifier box under registration will light up this option.

Administration > Company > Registration.
Scroll down the list of all the modules and see if Modifier is checked. If not, check it.
