User input parameter 'model/WebApplicationName' has not been found.

When attempting to get an authorisation code for the web applications, the below error message is showing. 

Has anyone got a fix for this?

    Hi Raj,
    Please check if you have imported MTD VAT models from Microsoft repositories. Specifically, MTD VAT authorization format (UK)

    Hi Rajiv,

    Can you provide more information about the web application details, what you have setup and with what exact action you get this error message?
