Question can the Basic do the following:
Have Full access to Contact, Accounts, Opportunities, Quotes, Orders, Invoices and customized Entities
Basic they need full access to the Sales Entities, but not be able to create any Entities.

I'm finding conflicting info about the user being able to have access to Order, Invoices and Customized Entities. We need the user to have access to these.

I left out this will they has access to the Pricebook ie look up products and the prices.

CRM license does not control users privileges in the system. It's a CRM administrator's responsibility to build and assign right security that matches with the user license type.
