HI expert,

I want to use functionality of sales target (sales and marketing>>periodic>>sales management>.sales target.

how to setup this menu step by step ?

I have not found another article about this case.

1. Setup your sales units & workers -> Sales and marketing > Setup> Sales management > Sales unit/teams and set the status to Active.

2. Select a default period in Sales and marketing parameters > General > Period > Period code.

2. Open the Update sales targets menu (under Periodic group of Sales and marketing module)

3. Now in the left pane you will be able to see your sales units and the button New will be available. You should only click on New and add new dates & amounts.

I was expecting the Sales targets reports to make a comparison between targets & actual sales but it only prints the numbers you've entered in the form. I didn't find this menu very useful...

Hi Expert,

I also encounter the same problem. I did not select any filtering when printing the sales target report.

Below is the sales target screen. Please advise what is the missing steps.
