I have access to Dynamics Online but not sure how to access the Common Data Service - I am trying to limit access via Geo Location and I believe it can be done here.

Common Data Service is Microsoft Datverse. You can read out more in the link. To limit access vis Geo Location you may need to follow the steps provided in the link.
