I'm working with a company that has international customers and vendors, some of which have an extension on their email address. For example a person at a company in Hong Kong has an address that ends with ".hk" such as "name@companyname.com.hk". When they send email SOP invoices from Dyn GP to this person, the email address is truncated in that the ".hk" is dropped. We discovered this when a "Mail delivery failed" message was sent back stating the email address name@companyname.com doesn't exist. If they manually email the message to name@companyname.com.hk, the message is successfully delivered. The full email address is in fact in the email address field in Dyn GP so the problem is in the process of the email message originating in Dyn GP. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any ideas on how to resolve it?
Thank you,
Liane
