I'm having this error in my General Journal
Error: Credit Rounding Account must have an account in the Vendor Posting Group code= "Trade", It cannot be zero or empty.
To be sure, the amount already is round up to the nearest whole number, so I'm not sure why is there this issue. Unless I need to round up the Amount (LCY) as well?
Although at vendor posting group, our trade column is empty, my Financial Controller does not think it is due to that. He never had to put any G/L Account at Credit Rounding field. We have several companies, and we also don't put anything at the column.
How can I check the root issue of this error prompt?

With tracing the entire transaction, if the Credit Memo has any rounding differences from the remaining amount you are crediting off. I would enter a GL Account to book this too and you will see.
