Can an inventory item number include an automatic comment

I would like to have a comment print for a paticular inventory item. I would like for it to automatically print each time I enter this paticular item number. Is there a way to do this?

If you use the post-it notes next to the part number, that note/comment will be carried to each and every place where the item is used. Make sure the location for Record Notes in the Dex.ini points to the same place for all users to get any images saved. The notes themselves are retained in a Dynamics table and can be printed on reports and forms.
