CRM 365 9.0 Server install error

We are getting an error when installing 365 Dynamics version 9.0. It happens towards the end of the installation when doing the organization bits. I will update this with screen shot I get into work but basically we getting an invalid user error [00000-00-00-0000] and the install won't complete.

Ok. We have re-installed CRM using the upgrade existing deployment option and the installation ran with no errors. Now we are

trying to install the Reporting Extensions for 365 and are getting the following error in the log file :

Uninstall Microsoft Dynamics 365 Reporting Extensions for SQL Server before you install Dynamics 365 Server., Error, OK.

I looked the how to submit a support ticket, and I don't think we have done this before so I am not sure how to complete it and do not know who our Microsoft contact is.

I have attached a doc with more info on the install attempt on our db server.

Also if we try to install the reporting services using the SRS install file we get the following error: Dynamics 365 Reporting Extensions is not installed on this computer

I have read that we need the following exe file to install the reporting extensions

1. In the ..\Server\amd64\SrsDataConnector folder, double-click SetupSrsDataConnector.exe. Where can we download this? Thanks so much
