I have a requirement where client wants to create case in Dynamics 365 from multiple email ids having different domain for example : abc@gmail.com and xyz@yahoo.com in same instance.
Hi Manoj,
Can you specify better the requirement, is automatic creation through email or is a manual creation? You can create a relationship with contact or account to be able to reference multiple people with different emails ids.
