Lead matching Strategy Error Exception: Workflow must be marked as on-demand or child workflow.

I have created one marketing form and on that form submission contact and lead should be created according to this.

Contact gets created successfully but it shows exception when lead creation.

Please help me with this.

    Please open a support ticket if you are still facing this issue. There might be an issue on the service that needs to be investigated further.

    Hello Ravi,

    Looking at the error details, there is a workflow which CRM excepts to be a on-demand workflow but it's not so, you can check the workflow which is being triggered during creation of lead and confirm that it's marked as on-demand workflow. If either contact / lead is being created by portal or if portal is involved in this process, you may want to check the workflow - "Invite Redemption" and mark it as On-demand workflow after deactivating it.
