Hi,
I have created two forms formA and FormB.
Now in FormB I have added a lookup in which I have added forma as a lookup.
Now what I want is that whenever I click on the lookup in formB i want the lookup to be non-editable and at the same time the forma should be editable separately.
Please advise.

In fact, you need to have two forms. One for lookup and one for maintaining the values. Note that a lookup form is only required if you need to add some different behavior compared to a standard lookup.

It would be better to create a separate lookup form which could be set as non-editable. You only need a lookup form if the standard lookup based on the field group is not sufficient. A lookup form usually has only a grid with records. A normal form also has a menu part.
