Hello All,
I need to implement MSCRM for MEDICAL Equipment sales and services.
can anyone help me in achieving this.
i want to implement this on MSCRM 2013 version.

I think this community is best suited for very specific questions. I don't think anybody will give you this kind of high level guidance.
I think you need to contact domain experts of healthcare and create a functional document. The using that functional document you can create entities and build the functionalities. Your requirement is very high level functionality and this forum is for technical issues of CRM

But what i am trying to do here that i want to move forward by taking a hint from you.
I have a requirement as below.
1. There are more than 3 (three) lakhs of products for healthcare.
2. Company wants to increase there profitability by keeping track in automation.
3. They will look for the leads in medical domain.
4. They want to give the quotation to the lead.
5. After quotation there will be order placed and invoice will be generated.
as per my understanding MSCRM suits till this point.
But i am not able to make the hierarchy.
Currently they have head office, further they want to increase branches.
they want role based security.also they to integrate the portal to this as customer will directly raise the cases using portal etc.
so i am trying to figure out what will be the best approach that i can use to move ahead.
I need help from you to get what other possibilities to be consider in this implementation.
Hope you guys can redirect me to some useful links or ideas.
