Original order qty on sales order

Hi,
 
Please can you advise where original order qty is being pulled from please? There is a query on the below order as to detail being incorrect on original order qty ?
 
Are you able to see if this was the original amount input and if and when it was changed please?

    If you want to identify changes in sales order lines, as well as in any other table, you could rely on the change log. Here more information. I hope it helps you.

    As far as I know Original Order Qty is not a standard field in the sales order lines. It seems that your Business Central has a lot of customizations. As its a custom field its hard for us to know where its getting its data from. I would ask whoever created this field.
