Missing bookable resource types

Hello everyone,

I'm currently missing two bookable resource types 'Facility' and 'Pool', I might be running an older version of Field Service that doesn't contain these types.

How can i make sure this is the case?

Hi Ross,

My D365 version is 9.1.0.1108, and there are no 'Facility' and 'Pool' in my bookable resource types.

Bookable resource types 'Facility' and 'Pool' are the new feature scheduled for November 2018. (Please refer to here.)

But this new feature should be not online yet.

Because the bookable resource types 'Facility' and 'Pool' have not been added to this user guide, and my D365 is the latest version and I haven't seen them.

So rest assured, this is not because of your old version.

Do you mean that currently there is no way to implement these features, they haven't been released yet?

Yes. Since these features have not been officially launched, you can't use it at this time.

Hi Ross. If you provision a trail version it should be Field service 8.2.0.286 which has Resource Pools, so you can check them out.
