Does GP 2013 come with an In-build Inventory Reconciler?

as with most GP things yes but what do you really want?
tools - routines - financial - reconcile to gl has a module drop down that includes inventory - compares the gl to the inventory subledger and looks for entries that did not affect both gl and subledger.
tools - utilities - inventory - reconcile will reconcile the item quantities against item transactions.
also watch for the posting journals that are cost variance journals. They sometimes (often?) have statements on them that say (to paraphrase) GP cannot determine the correct entry to make so you the user have to go make the correcting entry to keep the subledger in balance with the gl.
Hey Tony, can you elaborate a little bit? Are you talking about reconciling the inventory module to the general ledger? Or something else?
