We have Dynamics RMS in two locations and use Heartland payment systems for our card processing. For some reason, we can process AMEX in one location and not the other. I cannot find information on loading the information for AMEX so that it is processing in the 2nd location. Thank yo for you help!!

Check with Heartland and make sure the other location has Amex turned on in your setup that hearltand houses. There is nothing in RMS that specifies whether you can process amex or not.
