Non-Nettable Bin Locations

When our stock is damaged or otherwise unable to be sold, we enter it into a non-nettable bin location. The stock exists and can be tracked, but doesn't appear as available for sale. I am unable to find functionality for a bin like this in Dynamics BC, can these bins be created?
