Hi,in the forecasts, we can see the "quota" for each sales member which gets filled by importing an Excel file.Is there any way to read these values e.g. via Power BI? Where are these quotas stored? In a specific entity/table? If yes, I would be happy, if someone could tell me the name of the entity/table.

I found the tables in the database and they logically seem to be correct, but there are no records in it (I was checking with admin rights). Do you have any other idea?

I would recommend you check all entities listed above.

we are using Forecast in the Sales hub and configured some forecast.It shows something from the following (this is actual test data, but it shouldn't matter)
In msdyn_forecastinstance, we find no result when looking with fetchxmlbuilder in the toolboxThe same goes for msdyn_forecastrecurrence and msdyn_forecastdefinition.However, we find two entries for msdyn_forecastconfiguration and of course many opportunities, but in the results (which i can't post here, because I have to scroll a lot) we find no column that gives us the values from the quota in the screenshot above. That is what we are looking for. Are these values stored as database entries somewhere or is quota only calculated?
I have also check all entities data but couldn't find quota data store in any of the entities.
I would recommend you to lodge support ticket with Microsoft to know the details of Quota.
Hi, Have you find some solution to get Quota ? I need it to analyze forecasting with PowerBI.
