Selecting which BPF to display

Hi all,

I want to create a new Opportunity BPF to be used under certain conditions.

  • The user would start an opportunity using the "standard" BPF
  • Upon meeting certain conditions, the "secondary" BPF should be created and displayed on the form.
  • Once the "secondary" BPF has completed, the form should revert to the "standard" BPF.

Triggering the creation of this secondary BPF is straightforward.   However,  am very unclear on how I instruct the system which BPF to show the user when there are two active BPFs for that opportunity.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Rob

    Hi,

Why don't you do it in the same BPF by using the conditional steps?
