SharePoint List Component for CRM 2011 Online with December 2012 Service Update applied (Polaris)

Hi Community:

I have set up a CRM Online system which does have the December 2012 Service Update applied to it.  I have also set up a SharePoint Online site which appears to be an instance of SharePoint 2010 online (the SharePointTeamServices key is set to 14.0.0.6120).

I have successively tried both of the most recent SharePoint List Components (the one for 2010 and the one for 2013) but no matter which one I upload and activate, CRM Online insists that the List component is not installed on the site and will not configure document management.

Any ideas for me?  Thanks for your help!

    Hello,

    Did you activate the component on the SharePoint side?

    It happened to me the first time I integrated the two; I imported the component into SharePoint but did not activate and I was getting the same error you describe above.

    Hi Gus - Thanks for the reply.  I wish it was the answer but I did activate the solution when trying each version of the solution.  I believe this has something to do with the update of one or both of the products (SharePoint is in mid-update right now also).  Also, I have set this up many times in the past without ever having this problem so I am quite stumped.  If anyone else gives this a try please let me know what your results are.

    Unfortunately, I have read that article and tried both version of the List Component (2010 and 2013). No luck.
