Hello,

When i perform the purchase order receive step using hand held and input incorrect quantities(entered 10 , whereas it should be 9) and i want to fix it before i perform the put away work. I have tried cancelling the work line and changing the quantity to 9, it fixed the put away work.

the problem is with the quantities registered for the specific PO line item. I am not able to fix that. how can i change the registered quantity on a PO.

Thanks,

Abdul Aziz

    Hi Abdul,

When the receipt list is posted, you can correct the quantity from the posted receipt list. I have not tried using this feature in combination with receipts put away using the mobile device, but I assume this should work.

    Andre,

Thanks for reply, I am not able to correct eh posted receipt as it gives the following error :

"The product receipt correction cannot be processed. The product receipt only contains items subject to warehouse management processes, as these are not supported by product receipt correction."

    Hi Abdul Aziz,

I think you should do it from the Purchase Order, go to "Update line > Registration". There you will what you have already registered. Then you press "Add" over the "Registered" line and then you post it with the "Register now" quantity set to negative (you need to be sure that there is no work left to close and the inventory is at the same location you register it at first).

Here you have a post from Tim which is clearly explained:

    Hope that helps.
