Getting issues with D365 integration with Sharepoint

Hi All,

I am using D365 Online and provided provision to upload some documents in to CRM and storing them in Sharepoint

But some users are getting following error when they try to see the documents from CRM. How to fix this and where to check need clear information.

"You don't have permissions to view files in this location. Contact your Microsoft Teams owner or SharePoint administrator for access"

    Hi,

    It seems like the users do not have permission to the Sharepoint site, are they able to access the site and its contents directly in SharePoint? If not please check the user permissions in Sharepoint

    Hi Soumen,

    Thanks for your reply. Users can access SharePoint site and content directly.

    Recently they had issue logging into CRM as they changed the Tenancy.

    We have offboarded them and onboarded again. That's where problem started.

    We tried by giving user Admin role in CRM but still problem exists, looks like integration has been missed between CRM and SharePoint.
