Where do I change W-3 Transmittal info ?

I can't find the form to change the W-3 Contact person, email address, and phone numbers.

Please help.  Thanks

    It can't be that difficult just to enter 2 fields ?  And it works for one company and not the other.

    The data comes from the Year End Wage Header table. To add the desired fields to the W-3, you will need to create a relationship to the header table in order to get those fields on to the report.

    I found that; input and saved info.  Even re-did the year-end file, but no contact or email address prints on W3.

    I don't have HR/Payroll setup in my test company but might this be it?

    HR & Payroll >> Routines >> Payroll >> W-2 Electronic Filing >> Submitter

    Use the Electronic Filing Submitter Information window to enter complete information for the submitter of the Federal W-2 electronic file to the Social Security Administration.
