how to remove semicolon in ssrs report

You can use replace function, like
= Replace(Fields!PRNumber.Value,";","")
Please realize that we know nothing about your code and data, therefore you should tell us where the values are coming from. Do you have a field containing several values separated by semicolons (which would be horrible design; a joined table should be used for this 1:n relation). Or is it coming from a display method?
