I install and configured GP 2018 ODATA service using below link

Inside GP, I published Accounts View in one company that generated the below link:
http://srvrname.domain.local/GPOData/XYZ/Accounts
When I tried testing this link in Chrome Browser, I get error “HTTP ERROR 404”.
When I test it in excel, I get warning “We couldn’t access the data feed server because the feed URL is invalid” and another warning “Unable to obtain list of tables from the data source”.
I note that Security Roles for OData not available in my environment, so I created my own and assign to GP user that assign current windows user for it.
I checked same URL in OData Service Server, local, and had same errors and warning.
Note:
SQL Server instance and Databases exist in local domain not in Azure cloud.
What the issue I face?
