User permission set that grants access to import general journals from configuration package

I'm in the process of setting up security roles for our company, and I can't figure out what access to grant so a user can import a general or recurring general journal. This particular user only needs to be able to import general journals via configuration package and post the journals. I have already granted the access below. Is there another user permission set I can assign to grant this access?
