Hi Team,

I want to discuss about type of licensing and which license will work how? because we are planning to purchasing a micro soft dynamics business central 365 ERP.

hi,

first, there is no team. the community members, who answer questions, are professionals who help others in their spare time. this is no support team from microsoft, the community members are not paid.

to your question:

you need to buy one type of user license for all users!

essential: you can work with all modules except manufacturing (production) and service.

premium: work with all modules

team member: small license mainly to enter data eg. for warehouse employees, cannot post anything. can be used in common with other user licenses.

the selection of user license type depends on your business.
