Reauthenticate connections help

It seems like every day or every couple of days we are greeted with this warning that we need to reauthenticate some connections or they will stop working. Why does this keep happening? There are no active changes going on in our system. We are not changing anything in PowerAutomate or PowerApps. We are running Dynamics Sales, Dynamics Field Service and Business Central.
