it's not clear to me how to use the outlook plugin or email log feature to track conversation related to opportunity.
i.e. when having conversation with potential customer , oportunity is created. from bc. i can create interaction log entry (i.e a call) for the opportunity.In the interaction log table the opportunity id is reflected.
But how can i mark email conversation to automatically import as related to this opportunity?
