Good morning, afternoon, or evening :) depending on your location! To add the "Visualize this view" option in Dynamics 365, follow these steps: 1. Enable Power BI Integration
Ensure that Power BI is integrated with your Dynamics 365 environment.
Go to Settings > Administration > System Settings, and under the Reporting tab, enable Power BI visualization embedding.
2. Check User Permissions
Verify that users have the necessary permissions to use Power BI. Assign the Power BI Service Administrator role or ensure they have access to the required datasets.
3. Enable the Option in Views
Open the view where you want to enable the "Visualize this view" option.
Ensure the view is saved and published in your model-driven app.
4. Access the Option
Navigate to the grid view of the entity in your app.
The "Visualize this view" button should appear in the toolbar. Clicking it will open a Power BI pane to create visualizations based on the data in the view.
