Error when running Yarn

I have a D365 eCommerce development environment where I'm not able to run the Yarn command any more.  The following error is shown.  Any idea on how to fix this ?

    Hi Kurt, 

    Glad you figured it out.  Our newest SDK release is planned to be released by early next week, that will require an upgrade to Node v 16.x.  Hopefully you saw the notice posted.

    I found the reason.  Only Node 12.x is supported.
