I am getting error "the remit-to address on this document does not match the remit-to address on the check.only documents with the same remit-to address can be applied to this check" while clicking the check box for apply from 'Apply Payble Document window'.... some body please help

The PO is invoiced and posted from 'recievings transaction entry>>shipment/Invoice" also a single check..

I tried to generate this error a couple of ways, to no avail. Please share exactly what you did to generate this. Are you paying a posted invoice? Is it an invoice on a PO? Are you entering a single check, doing a check run, etc., etc.
