Hi Sidhu, once live marketing actions are executed for each tile in the journey. the Activity tile (appointment, phone) are meant for D365 users but capture contact's data i.e. setup appointment with account manager with details of the contact participating in the journey. the appointment is not sent to individual contacts but will show up on D365 user's dashboard.
if you need to send out anything to contacts, it would be via email tile. hope this clarifies.

I tried to create workflow and update workflow as well.But still not receiving appointment.
Please suggest me if any other way to do this one.
You have to create a workflow that will trigger on create of appointment and create an appointment with new contact.
