Unsolvable Basic Permission Question - Any method to solve it?

Hi

I read many articles and methods and still I cannot figure this out. My question is simple what are required permissions to just login to BC. Regardless of role. This is basically for user to login to BC and cannot do anything. Just not receive the error that you do not have permission. The goal is to assign other permissions set to user depends on role and responsibility.

I cannot record such a permission set because I cannot log out and login during recording.

Starting from D365 Basic permission set and trimming it down does not help as well since I already spent hours and still has too many permissions. it is a trial and error.

Do you know any other method or do you have such a permission set? I mean even if you have such a permission set for one role it can help.

Any suggestion can help as well.

Thanks

The way to create an permission set is as follows.

Create new permission set named "Minimum Permission" with no object. (At this point, the permission set is blank.)
Create new AAD user and assign only blank permission set.
Sign in BC with the new user, then below error message will appear. (Sorry in Japanese)

Add "CodeUnit System Initialization Impl." to "Minimum" permission set.
Sign in again, then next new error message will appear.
Check error and add "Minimum" permission set.
Repeat this step, while you got error. It's try and error..

    Hi,

I researched the minimum set of permissions to sign in to BC.
