Hi there everyone,

I just made a Unified Interface APP for my users, and they were so satisfied with it, but then they were complaining about the Filter thing on the columns that doesn't show.

I'm using Dynamics 9.0.24.8 on-premises.

    Hello z.sam,

I don't think you missed anything. The issue might be because currently, unified interface functionality with on-prem systems is very limited. I think you should contact Microsoft about this. Also please go through the  release documents for the upgrades

Hi z.sam I hope you are doing good.

Here is a Microsoft guide to create a Unified App.:

Create or edit a custom business app using the app designer in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) | Microsoft Docs

Try to make sure you have followed the process described there.

If yes, I would recommend to you opening a ticket in Microsoft Support.

If this answers your question, please check it as verified to help others find useful information.

    Hi,

Thanks Kenneth Chaves, for your reply,

I have checked the default Customer Service Hub, and the filter on columns isn't showing there also.

    Best Regards.

    Hi z.sam.

So, I would suggest opening a ticket in Microsoft Support. It seems a very particular issue.

    Hi Sam,

Try to upgrade your version to 9.1 on premises
