manually entering credit card info & security code

When handling a "phone order" or "mail order" and manually entering the customers credit card information where do I put the security code? (Card Security Code (CSC), sometimes called Card Verification Data (CVD), ... This CSC (also known as a CCID or Credit Card ID) is often asked for by ...
CVC or CVV number)
I have a place for the Name, Address, credit card number and authorization code, but not security code, which makes it very vulnerable to a charge back. I have version 2.0 of RMS. I would like to be able to offer this to my customers, but Visa, Mastercard and American express require all of the information to be entered to help protect the customer and the retail establishment. Usually in RMS there is gray areas on screens when there is an option to enable, but there isn't one with security code, at least not on my version. Any thoughts?
