The app you’re publishing has an object with a conflicting object from a different app that is already deployed. Find page extension 51351 in your app and change the object ID. You might consider altering more depending on your app and how many other per tenant extensions you already have deployed.

BC wants unique object IDs. It’s not avoidable.

Hi, as Josh said, you need to check other PTEs in your environment, this PageExtension 51351 has been used by other PTEs.
