Customer Engagement Plan on Partner Action Pack - Marketing Quota!

Ive just became a MSFT Partner and got a Action Pack, including Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan, with a fully operacional dyn Marketing app! After installing on an environment, I get ZERO marketing QUOTA! 

does anyone know with are any quota available on these types of licenses? Dyn CE on Partner Action Pack???

    We are having the identical issue stated above. We are a brand new Partner with Action Pack licenses. All of our Marketing quotas state zero. Any guidance is appreciated!

    We have the same problem.  Did anyone find a solution to this?  I spoke to Dynamics Sales support who said they could not answer question and a ticket would need to be open with the Marketing support group.
