CRM API with bulk hits in MS 2016 OnPremise

Hello Techies, 

We are implementing CRM onPremise for one of the Big Players in health care.

We are integrating their in house application to call CRM APIs to insert data. We dont see any issues if we are pushing single or multiple records at a time.

However, We are skeptical that how do they behave in case of 1000 API hits per one second as we expect the data flow is huge.

Are there any tools available which can hit APIs with dummy data and see how APIs behaving??

This will help us to finalize the configuration in case of any glitches.
