EFT file generation Active x error 429

We have a BACS file creation error on several vital machines. All these machines have TCL BACS installed and I’ve re-imported the BACS package file on them, and re-registered the regsvr32.dll file. I’ve run the setup.msi and still receive "ActiveX error message No 429" and subsequent error No’s 52 “bad file name” when attempting to create the BACS file. This only happens with “prompt for file location” switched on – which we need on.

Ideas please anyone ?
