Hello,
I am not being able to send emails from Dynamics 365 using office 365 email.
I approved the email using an office 365 administrator , but I am not reaching the intended results.
I opened the user and approved the primary email. I also approved the email in the mailbox associated with the user.
The email server profile is Microsoft exchange online.
The mailbox is not running and is showing the following alerts:
Email cannot be sent because the email address of the mailbox nour LastName requires an approval by an Office 365 administrator. The mailbox didn't synchronize. The owner of the email server profile Microsoft Exchange Online has been notified.
