i would like to get standard email template for PO & PR workflow. can somebody assist me to get this template. where I need PO or PR details and URL for the specific form.

You may customize workflow email notifications for Purchase order email notifications following the blog:

1. Navigate to System Admin > Email > Email Parameters (Configure this and test with sending test email)
2. Navigate to System Admin > Email > System email Template (Define template which you want to attach to PR ,PO workflow
3. Go To System Admin > Users > Select users > User option > Work flow > Enable email notification
4. Navigate to workflow navigator PR or PO > Notification > Mapp Email template
5. Navigate to every stem of Workflow > Notification > enable notification for which you want to receive notification
Done
You can view System admin > Email > Email history to check email status sent or not
Note: Make sure email distribution batch job is running
