Why staging data says "Cannot create a record in Customers (CustTable). The record already exists." but it really doesn't.

Hello, this is my first question in the community and hope you can help me with this.

I'm using the Data Management to import "CustomersV3" entity and when it finish the staging data says in some lines  "Cannot create a record in Customers (CustTable). The record already exists." but when I go to the "All Customers" table in Receibable Accounts there is not any account with that ID, what's going on? Any idea?

    Hi ACortez,

Please check if these records exist in the global address book.
