Hi there,

Is there a way to require a pin to be entered when a customer presents a loyalty card at POS?

The customer will need to enter their individual pin before being able to redeem points off of their loyalty card.

By my understand, there are no way to achieve it with standard behavior. Suggest you talking with your partner team. It is need do customization for it.

Hi Lauren, Steven is right - it is retail extension to have such functionality in POS, not a standard
